Need help from AL teachers...

Clip to ScrapBook #1

I was wondering if any Alabama teachers out there know if AL (as a state, or just county, district, whatever) accepts online degrees from accredited online universities? Before I TRY to call the DOE, because I'm worried I'll get a lot of machines, I thought I could ask one of you. I don't have a full-time job here yet and I thought while I was waiting.... would it be a good idea. I have a division of the U of AL near me, but there really isn't anything offered there I want. Thanks for any advice, as usual....

I know California does...doesn't help you with AL, but have you checked their website?

I am going to be applying to work near Fort Payne, but I'm not sure how to go about it. How are the districts set up? I know some are city districts, but what about rural areas? I haven't been able to find out online. Can you give me any info or tell me where to find out?

Yes they do accept online degrees if they are from accredited universities.
My husband is a professor at the University of Alabama ,and he said that they do accept U of A online.
