AHHH....I'm stress shopping

I'm stress shopping on Amazing. I just bought a new book, pencils that were 45% off and blush (to be fair that was in my cart from yesterday).

Stop me. I'm out of control. I guess it's better than stress eating, but way more expensive.

Excuse me while I go see if pens, Post Its and Mr. Sketch markers are on sale.

There should be a way for me to put a control on my Amazon Cart so no purchases can be made after 11pm.

I miss having a reason to to buy markers and pens...small price for retirement.

Confession I Stress Eat and 'Stress Shop'.

I never thought about it being related to stress, but I shop on Amazon way too much. While sitting outside one day an amazon truck went past and my older neighbor said, "Hey your truck just passed. They must have missed your delivery today."

I have a rule with Amazon purchases. Anything I put in the cart has to sit there for at least 24 hours. This helps me curb my impulsive buys,

I'm sorry that you're stressed but hope you found Mr. Sketch markers.

I usually make it sit for at least 24 hours. I was out of control. I started seeing groups so the distraction calmed me down. I found markers, but they weren't on sale and I'm not THAT stressed...yet.

Talk to me about 1:30 when I have my planning and my references haven't been checked.

Me too!

I just told DH the other day that we need to stop using the credit card, blah blah blah.

And now I’ve gotten mulch, sand, and softener salt ordered, jackets for the gym, and Take Note Dry Erase markers in bulk because apparently they’re not made anymore and they’re DS’s favorite.

I think my husband is going through the same thing. I caught him on Amazon this morning. I didn’t say anything, but thought, “How many tools do you need?”

When I read the title, my first thought was, "But that's better than stress eating, right?" As I sit here with my taco bell bag...
