Yea, no they won't. I'll try my best. I'll do fun games in small groups and get to know you's. I'll teach them their letter sounds and try to teach them math virtually.
But they won't be able to play with the toys in my classroom, or talk face to face with their peers. Or hold hands while they run around the playground. Or share supplies. Or give hugs.
This is setting parent sup for false expectations. We'll try out best and teachers are working hard, but it's going to be an uphill battle the whole time for teachers, students, AND parents.
