Hi everyone!

Just a reminder that we would like to keep political topics out of the Lounge.

ProTeacher welcomes teachers of all political persuasions. As many of you know, we have a dedicated board just for political topics. When a political topic is posted elsewhere such as here in the Lounge, and is reported, the topic may be moved to the Issues & Politics board. When a topic turns political, it too may be moved.

Members who repeatedly post overtly political comments here in the Lounge may see their postings deleted, particularly if those comments are posted on topics intended to be non-political.

Finally, members who repeatedly, obviously and deliberately try to turn non-political discussions into partisan political debates may see their accounts put in a moderated status (usually reserved for new members) where all of their subsequent postings will be reviewed prior to appearing until we can be rest assured that further postings of this type will not occur in the Lounge.
