No. Maybe I should have listed the ingredients.
*chicken schwarma
*yellow pepper
*grape tomatoes
*tzitziki
*hummus

Amiga, would you share your chicken schwarma recipe? I’d love to see your recipe. If I remember correctly you tried several recipes.

Not really a recipe (because I was disappointed with the recipes I tried). My DD gave me this seasoning. I liberally coated 7 chicken thighs with it—like a rub—then I baked them covered at 375° about 20 minutes. Let me know if you try it.

I think the key to moist schwarma is using thigh meat. Thanks! That looks like the perfect protein to add to your fresh veggies.

I will look for the seasonings.
