Today or memories, please share.

This morning, bright and early, I walked to a nearby Halloween surf contest. The astronaut with the bullhorn is the person-in-charge. I know it’s not for everyone, but this is the perfect place for me.

And this is a very old photo of my kids as corn and popcorn, both DS’s ideas (the corn was reheated for little sis). DH made the corn and I made the popcorn (back in the old days when we couldn’t look online and had to figure it out ourselves).

Fun pics, Amiga!

I’m impressed with your pumpkin carving skills, KatieViolet!

Here is a pic of my neighbor’s huge live oak tree that unfortunately is no longer alive. It died several years back and they finally had tree trimmers come in to remove the branches. Vultures now like to perch there. I’ve counted as many as 12 but I didn’t have my phone with me at the time. I got this pic of 2 last fall.

This is DD today as the Blue Screen of Death. The shirt is the Windows crash screen. She works in tech with adults and it’s meant to be funny.

My old lady had a rough night last night and we couldn't find her in the yard. Found her this morning under a tree, not mobile and shivering. She recuperated but is definitely not doing well. She drank some but hasn't eaten anything.

Turning off the lights tonight and taking it easy.

This is my 4 year old DGD after trunk-or-treat last night. I love her ‘cat’ peeking around her hip and the effect of the wet sidewalk!

I didn’t take a single picture today, it I wore the same “costume” as last year. I wore DH’s staff t-shirt and an old ID badge.

I’m late to the photo sharing party, but thought I’d share a photo of Miss Daisy dressed as Captain Marvel. Happy Halloween!

Costumes

DH and I drove from Quebec to Salem, MA today, not realizing that it was Halloween. Well, we found out quickly because there were thousands of people assembling in the small town, many of them wearing amazing costumes. There were some children, but it appeared that it was mostly a street party for adults. We couldn't stay too long, as the police was closing the streets to traffic, and we wouldn't have been able to get out in time to catch our flight.
I loved this group photo of the Adams family.
