Fashion fun: I bought a jumpsuit/romper

Found this at Target, and decided to get it. Wearing it to a friend's birthday party tonight. Despite my initial hesitations when these first started becoming fashionable again, I think it's actually pretty cute, and it's so comfy! I haven't tried using the bathroom yet, but it shouldn't be too bad.

I think it might even be suitable for work as well! If I wear it to work I might add a black cami underneath for a little extra "just in case" cleavage coverage.

Very cute! Looks comfy too. That’s my hang up too—using the bathroom in a jumpsuit.

I like it! Very cute. I think the right people can pull it off. Enjoy!

That is so very cute! I think you'll be fine using the restroom.
Enjoy your evening. I bet you will get a lot of compliments on your outfit!

I love it! I used to be nervous about jumpsuits until this year. I for some reason thought it would be harder to use the bathroom but I actually think it's neither harder or easier. I am in the search of a jumpsuit for my wedding

I love jumpsuits and yours is darling! I’m only 5’5” and if I were 6” taller I’d wear them more.

That's cute! I like the way it's patterned- makes for better tummy coverage

My sister wears stuff like this all the time and loves it. I don't know if I could pull it off like she does!

I think it looks cute and comfy. There are so many cute styles of jumpsuits/rompers around these days.

I hated to see the jumper come back again because they are a pain in the bathroom, and my long torso makes them awkward to wear. However, I did try one on at Target, just for fun. They didn’t have the size I needed, so I bought it online. I had to size up so and then take up under the arms to make it work length-wise in the torso.

I haven’t worn it to work. I’m scared of peeing. I’d wear it with a cardigan. I’d have to take off the cardigan, take down the jumper, pee while keeping the cardigan and jumper off the floor and out of the toilet, reassemble myself, and get back to class. In four minutes.

I still have nightmares about dipping my maxi skirt in the toilet years ago.

That's cute! I don't have the figure for them, so I could never wear a jump suit, but I do like them. I was surprised when they started getting popular again.

Thanks everyone!

That's a super cute outfit too Ima! After wearing it one night, I'm not so sure about wearing it to work. It was super comfy, but while not difficult, takes a bit longer in the bathroom (this one I have to undo the buttons on the front then take off one shoulder at a time), and we all know as teachers our bathroom breaks can be limited and rushed! Even if I don't do that, it's still a fun evening or weekend outfit.

I watched a Say Yes to the Dress where a woman wanted a wedding jumpsuit! She wears a lot of jumpsuits because they look good on her. She was short with a boxy figure. The jumpsuits really did look good on her.

She worked with Hailey Paige and they used the design and fabric from one of her dresses to make a custom wedding jumpsuit.

Very cute outfit, but agree with the bathroom concerns! Just too complicated for more than a short outing, personally.
