How do houses always know when you have some extra money? I got paid for some extra things I did for work, and today the house decides we need new glass in the French doors in the master.

I'm just going to say tape plastic to the door before you take it out unless you want a bazillion tiny pieces of glass all over!

Always!!! And if the house doesn't know, the car does!!

Did the glass just break??? I have seen shower doors do that, but not French doors.

We think a rock hit it while DH was mowing or trimming today. There are rocks, sticks, and acorns all over the yard. It wasnít broken when he got up this morning and let the dogs out. It was broken when I got up around 11:00. I was sleeping right next to the door and didnít hear a thing!

We are calling a glass repair place tomorrow.

We had a skylight do that! Not fun!

Today we have been vacuuming up water out of the carpet. That is not fun either!

Ouch. At least it waited until you got paid. I'm glad it didn't shatter completely.

Your appliances can hear, too. They know when you get a windfall or plan to spend on something else!!! Don't talk about money in front of your appliances!!

Too bad you can't just leave the glass like that. I actually love the current look!

Don't you hate spending lots of money to have what you had yesterday? Like your glass, or a water heater. Sorry.
