A teacher friend of mine does this at Christmas and gives all the parents a copy - it's hilarious.

Another good one that I've done with my Pre-K kids is when a student's family is expecting a baby. I ask each one to give their friend tips on how to take care of a baby and write them all down to present to the new parents.

I make a mother's day recipe book with my kinders. It's always hilarious! We ask them what their favorite thing is that their mom's make for them. My favorite is when it's something like cereal or toast.

Those are darling! Definitely a keeper for the parents! My son's 2nd grade teacher did something like this for Mother's Day.....each child had to write out a recipe that their mom made. The recipe my son wrote down was actually something that my DH always makes!
