More on Tokyo visit

We went to the mall in Lalaport Tachikawa Tachihi in Tokyo. It is a three story mall, with a lot of stores, many of them stores we currently see in the US. Some stores like Toys r Us and Tower Records are stores no longer operating in the US.

So many stores sold goods with the American flag on them. Some food vendors featured American style meal choices, others were very traditional.

In front of the mall, there is a large walkway made of ceramic tile. It's pretty but so slippery in the rain.

Love hearing about your trip....I'll probably never get to go there, so hearing about your adventures is the next best thing. How was the meeting with your grandbaby??? My first meeting with my DGS included a lot of tears and screams for "mama!!!" It took a long time for him to warm up to me. Hope your visit is wonderful.
