Google Form/Breakout Box

Clip to ScrapBook #1

I have a traditional Breakout Box designed for a skill that my accelerated student is working on. However, at the school I am at, we do not have breakout boxes. I'm thinking I could turn this into a digital escape room with a Google Form. My only question is that one of the locks is an arrow lock. Is there a way I can do the arrows on google form? Or should I just have him type "up, down, down, left, right, left" or something like that? or just the first letters?

You could insert emojis by right clicking in the text box. There are arrow emojis⬇️➡️⬅️⬆️

So would I insert different arrows with emoji arrows like it's multiple choice?

Yes, I think making it multiple choice and having him select it would work just fine.

Is there a way for him to insert emoji's right into the Google form?

With form validation, I have used the first letter. Specify that the student enters with no spaces and all capitals, like UDRL.

I don't know if your school has any funds for Breakout EDU, a digital platform. I've been using it for a number of years, and I love it.

Students should be able to answer with emojis. They would need to know how.
