I use Multiplication Unplugged by Sara Jordan. My kids like it, it's catchy. She sings the fact, and they can echo it. Here's a look at it:

I use multiplication rock! My kids love it! It makes learning the facts fun. A friend of mine has the dvd, which shows the facts on a slideshow along with the music which is neat!

This CD takes popular rap music (very clean) that the kids already know and makes multiplication songs out of them. I find myself singing them in the shower and dancing around the room when I play it and I do not like rap music. I got it from iTunes.
