Clip to ScrapBook #1

Hi there!

I am working on my Reading Strategy Lessons binder for this upcoming school year. I will be teaching 4 grade and I have no resources at all, so I have been creating some for quite some time now. I was wondering if any of you had some good reading strategy lessons that you used in your small groups. I would very much appreciate your help!

I'm not sure if this helps you, but Jennifer Servallo has an awesome reading strategies book! She also has a writing strategies book.

It could be the only book you need aside from your district's/state's standards. I am late to the thread, but I hope you have found something to have a great start to the year. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me. I have taught 4th grade readers for many years. The Servello book and Daily 5 are my favorites. I use a Daily 3 idea since I have 65-75 minute classes each year.
