Conscious Discipline Anyone?

Clip to ScrapBook #1

After the fabulous training we had the past couple of days, I understand Conscious Discipline is big in the midwest. Anyone familiar with this philosophy? In keeping with this, I want to implement a class store during math lessons on money but don't know how to distribute "money" to the kids. It shouldn't be aligned with behavior if I am doing Conscious Discipline and I don't think it should be payment for class jobs but not sure if this fits in with C.D. Any suggestions for how to do this?

We started CD last year and we are continuing this year. The only reinforcement I used was our schoolwode PBIS tickets and Brag tags. I used the Brag Tags for more academic tasks or effort.
