for tpt or for whatever, you guys always have awesome borders, cool designs, etc. I know you can do a lot with word, but do y'all use other programs?

I make everything in powerpoint and then save it as a PDF.

In terms of borders and graphics, I don't use tons but I have purchased a few from KPM doodles and Lettering Delights. KPM is pretty cheap and gives a whole clipart set for under $4. Those that I purchase I re-use again and again so I don't buy tons!

There are also a ton of great sites which give free fonts!

Kevin and Amanda and Sugar Frog (I think) are amazing.

I use Word, but I've heard that PowerPoint is so much easier. I'm going to try it. As far as borders, I get mine through TpT.

microsoft publisher!! I search in google for free fonts and free clip art and free frames and that's about it. =) But if I sold stuff I'd have to get the license thingy in order to sell, but I don't sell so....I just use the free stuff for myself. There's also a rule about sharing stuff you make that you need a license for too.

I first started out using word, then I upgrade to publisher, and now I use powerpoint. It is so much easier and then I just save to pdf when I am done.

As the pp stated Scrappin Doodles, ThistleGirlDesigns and Just So Scrappy Too all require a license to sell/give away free items using their graphics on TPT & TN sites. Some require that you provide a link back to their site. You must check out each graphic artists terms of use (TOU) before you purchase and use their graphics-not knowing will not stop any legal action if you infringe on their copy rights.

Print Candee, Lilly Bimble, and Lettering Delights are some others that I just started using for my papers, graphics, and frames/borders/fonts.

I use PrintShop. I can import whatever clip art I want to make borders and frames. I have a Thistle Girl membership, so I always have an almost endless supply of border possibilities.
