I was wondering if anyone uses centers while teaching math? I was wondering what centers you use and how many times a week you use them.

I have 5 different stations that spiral the lessons we've learned. 3 of the centers are a type of game that focuses on a math concept, the 4th is a worksheet, and the 5th is problem solving. I usually do one 20 min rotation a day after the lesson and independent practice. By Friday all students have done each center.

Hi I
I use 5 centers and rotate my groups through them all in a weeks time. I get some resources from CPALMS some I create. I plan for each day, but know sometimes concepts can be difficult and students might need to skip centers for additional guided practice.
