I’d appreciate prayers and good thoughts for my cousin Libby. She was recently diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. She’s started chemo treatments to reduce the size of the tumor before it can be removed. She also has lupus and epilepsy. Earlier in the week, she fell and broke both arms. Now the orthopedic surgeon and oncologist have to coordinate efforts to treat the injuries and maintain treatments.
She’s also the caregiver for her mother who has serious mobility issues. I can see their house from my Mom’s house, but I’m not able to help since I’m caring for Mom. Now the care of both her and her mom has fallen to the older sister, Vonda, who is also caring for a teenage granddaughter who was removed from her home due to neglect & drug issues with parents, plus she was helping me some as well. There’s just a lot going on, so any prayers and good vibes are welcome.
I am so sorry to hear of the struggles in your family. You all have so much happening right now. It must hard not being able to help. Sending hugs your way.
That’s a lot for any family to deal with. Sending prayers and positive thoughts! Praying for strength and courage. I am a seven year cancer free survivor of stage 3 breast cancer, along with chemo and radiation. There is hope!
