To keep the theme or ditch the theme

I'm switching districts and trying to decide if I want to keep the same theme for my new classroom that I have had for the past few years. Or do I make a fresh start with a new theme.
What do you think - new school new theme? or new school same theme?

Since it's a new school/district I like the idea of having a new theme as well. However, keeping the same theme might make your transition into the new school/district less stressful. Maybe you can keep your current theme and just tweak it a little.

Every year we have a school wide theme that changes...super heroes...wild about learning....Next year is greatest school on earth with a circus/ carnival theme...Needless to say it gets expensive.
I'm just going to use the school theme in the hallway and classroom door and my ocean theme inside this year.
What is your current theme? Check and see if there is a school or grade level theme.
Have a great year!

Our school is moving to a new facility. I thought about changing my theme, but then decided with all of the headaches that come with moving and transition, it would be easier to just keep my current theme for now.

For me it all depends on money. That means I've kept the same theme for a few years and have only added or upgraded some things. I think you should decide if you like your theme. Did your kids like it? If so, then keep it. If not, find something new! Good luck!
