No but I just bought a scrapbooking cpmputer program 40 dollars and it has heaps of borders as well as fonts.

I make my own borders. I use wrapping paper. First I laminate it and then I cut it out. You can cut it in strips or scalloped, etc. Sometimes the pattern on the paper dictates how you cut it or just use paper that has some sort of pattern that lends itself to cutting.
