March or Spring Ideas with pictures

Clip to ScrapBook #1

Please help! I'm in search of some new ideas. I'm tired of seeing the "Pot of Gold" and the ... "Marching into..."

If anyone would like to share, please do so. If you have pictures, that would be evn better.

Thanks in advance

but I came up with the idea to use this flower template (you could change the directions since it's a back to school activity) and have the students color/decorate the petals. I would copy the pattern onto different colored paper. I am attaching a green pipe cleaner to the back as the stem and them using it as a bulletin board as a garden theme or "Look who's blooming in ___ grade!"

March starts out roaring like a lion. So you can have a roaring lion with the workds Grrreat comming out of his mouth, and have the students tell you what they think is great about the spring comming.

And March ends like a lamb, so you can have some kind of lamb bulletin board...

the bunny b. board.

Wish I had seen it last week and we could have made it quickly for PT conf today.

I made the kids take down all the snow stuff, cause I am TIRED of snow and thought we needed something cheery up.

Thanks--and happy spring

I had the same question about the butterflies? It looks like tissue paper? Is that what you used? Let us know they are very colorful.

I want spring to come...minus the mud...it is drying up quickly around here...actually nice today...after raining for like 4 days....

Spring Spring Spring

One pleasure of Spring

I asked my class to bring/wear their rubber boots to school, then took them outside and had them pretend to jump in a puddle. I snapped a pic of each of them mid jump, in the air and they've turned out really well!

Sorry, Yes, the butterflies were cutout with scrunched tissues pieces. They are very colorful for spring. I will post my new board from this year when I get the words up.

We made a board saying " We are BUZZING into Spring!"

We made bumblebees out of fun foam and decorated them. Would post a pic but I can't yet!
