Hi
Anyone thinking red white and blue for the election? Any ideas to share for job board and bulletin boards???

For my job board I used pictures of the statue of liberty, flag, white house, declaration of independence, liberty bell, etc. Then I assigned jobs for them. Of course this is all at school so I can't be anymore clear right now. I did buy many things at the dollar store over the 4th to help with decorations.

I will have the kids do a mini-art project for my board and title it, "Our Future Leaders". I will have 4x5 blue cards for the students. Each student will paint their hand like this:

With the thumb pointing down have them paint the other 4 fingers one red, one white, one red, one white. The palm gets painted dark blue and thumb red. It will look like the American flag. Put a few white stars on the blue palm section.
