Math online.......

Clip to ScrapBook #1

I am looking for something similar to IXL to use with my math students. I want something free that I can assign lessons to my students and then be able to see their progress. I looked at tutpup.com and it seems to be more just games that could be used as a reward.

Does anyone have any ideas? I am afraid I have not explained well what I am wanting.

Thanks so much!

I use sumdog. This is a great site full of games that teach math. The kids get really into these games. YOu can set up challenges among kids in the class or in the school. It's free for the basic service but you can subscribe. You can monitor their growth with graphs I believe.

Manga High is another good one. If your students have email, you could also use Khan Academy as they have practices that go along with some videos. I have not used this, but have used Manga High and really liked it. So did my kids. They also liked Sumdog as a PP mentioned.
