This is my first year back to the classroom and I am excited so I would like to try a new theme. I really want to do Rock Stars with incorporating zebra print. Has anyone done this theme before and if so any cool ideas??

TIA

Don't know what grade you're teaching but in my kindergarten class I have a bulletin board where I hang my students work that says Kindergarten Rocks. I also have a bulletin board that says Reading Rockstars where I put the names of the students who can read the sight word list of 100 words. Hope this helps.

It helps if you put a grade level range.

Although I don't have a set theme in my 3rd grade class, I believe the Rock Star theme will fit their needs; not to childish (primary) but still makes them feel superior in their learning.

I name my students 'Super Stars' and I use bright lettering throughout the classroom; just enough to make connections and get their attention and it is not over stimulating; the bright letters connect to the title Super Stars since stars are bright.

. . .3rd Grade Greatest Hits
. . .Rock Stars Hall of Fame (Wall of Fame)
My personal fav. I saw somewhere:
. . .Tune Into. . .Learning (or Reading,Writing, Math)
. . .Our Record Success Rate is Second to None ( could go along with Capitol Records)
Here are some record accents and borders

Third Grade ROCKSTAR Learning on TPT has some headings and titles with zebra print for only $1 dollar
