Well, like a big dummie, I just posted a reply to another post that I meant to post to this one

. After checking the website, I came back to reply and couldn't find the original post (gonna take me some time to learn how to navigate

). Anyway, found a post with a VERY similar title and proceeded to reply how impressed I was with the website. I tell you, I went on and on... it wasn't until I'd posted my reply and was returning to the discussion boards when I realized my error.
At any rate, I thought this website was inspirational! I will be teaching 4th Grade Reading & Writing in a new district this year and am basically terrified of teaching Writing. I love Reading and am very comfortable there, but Writing freezes me in my tracks (not to mention that Texas requires a standardized writing test for 4th Graders)

. I just don't feel the same level of confidence. This site is lowering my anxiety levels just a bit! It appears to have a wealth of knowledge contained within the site. I hope to pull resources and even a better basic understanding of how to teach Writing. Thanks for sharing!
