I need sunshine!

I haven’t traveled anywhere since COVID and I don’t plan to but...

I NEED SUNSHINE! I need warmth! I need a break. I need a date night (or week). I know it is weird to say, but I have done really well emotionally being home so much but now I am done. Maybe it was getting the COVID vaccine or that it is snowing/raining where I live. Maybe it was the Netflix show I watched where people were at the beach. Whatever it is I wish I could travel.

Rant over. Your turn.

Currently 101 degrees Fahrenheit in sunny Sydney. Take all the sunshine you like!

I'm right there with you rubyanne. We've had so many gray days. Lots of cold and snow. I'm sick of it too. It does help a little with getting the vaccine (ours is coming early Feb.) and starting to plan a getaway down south in May. Fingers crossed!

And aussie-you are so lucky-wish you could send that warmth and sunshine to Ohio

You might want to try a mood light. I am thinking I need to plug mine in this week too.

It is that time of year!

I went for a walk yesterday and it felt good to be outside even on a cold day. I'm not motivated to go outside, partly because it is cold here. I have been opening my kitchen curtains when I work so that I can get some sunshine. It does help some. My husband has been complaining about the darkness we have this time of year. He is ready for summer sun. We are both ready to travel too.

I've been using a SADD light daily. It helps a lot.
