I have a small pack of ground lamb. What do I do with it? Does anyone have a tried and true recipe that they just love? Thank you.

Never used ground lamb, but have seen tacos made with it on Guy's Grocery Games.

I love this recipe with a few modifications. I cut it in half. I also don't do the meatloaf thing at all, I just cook up the ground lamb with everything in a skillet on the stove top. It makes it super simple to make.

Lamb Koftas

I make lamb koftas for my husband occasionally. Finely chop enough pine nuts, almonds, and walnuts to make 1/3 cup and then toast them on the stove until fragrant. Mix with one pound ground lamb. Add to the mixture one finely chopped red pepper and one-half to one jalapeno (depending on how much meat you like). Also add 1/4 Heaping tsp Cardamom, ground; 1/4 Heaping tsp Cinnamon, ground; 1/4 Heaping tsp Cloves, ground;1 1/2 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp White pepper. The original recipe had you shaping them into long almost sausage-looking things and grilling them. I roll mine like meatballs and fry them on the stove. The recipe calls to serve them with tzatziki and hummus. DH doesn't like those so he eats them as they are.

How about a good old Lamb burger? I first tasted them at our state fair and they were really good!
