As important as it is to be kind to others, we also need to be kind to ourselves. This is an important part of taking care of ourselves. When we are happy itís ever so much easier to have positive interactions with others.

I read something a long time ago that said that you should list a few things you are grateful every day and also something you are looking forward to either that day or coming up. I don't do that every day, but it has helped me to find one small way to look forward to something simple every day especially during the pandemic.
