Can anyone direct me to a site that explains why VA was the 10th state to sign the Constitution? Thanks

I'm not sure but I thought it was because of George Mason and Patrick Henry insisting on a Bill of Rights. I think their biggest objection was that the constitution didn't prohibit state-mandated religion. Which is why the 1st amendment in the Bill of Rights addresses freedom of religion. Don't know of any websites though.
