Sharpies can be purchased cheaper by pack at Office Depot, but you are stuck with the colors that come with the pack. 88 cents isn't bad for loose Sharpies especially when you can choose colors that are unique.

The packs are probably cheaper but I prefer to buy them individually so I can pick the colors I want or need as there are some colors in the packs that I don't use. Plus, there are so many different color pack options you might have to buy several packs to get the colors you really want.

Lets you buy the colors you use more often. That way you don't have to buy another pack just to get your worn out pens.
I bought Elmer's glue sticks for 10cents a piece yesterday. I should have picked more at that price, because 2 packs are 50cents.

I noticed the huge Sharpie display at Walmart last week. I didn't even know they made that many colors. (I'm allergic to Sharpie markers, so I don't buy them.)

Walgreens has the individual sharpie markers on sale this week for 39 cents each. Today I bought all the colors you have listed with the exception of gray. I also bought several other colors. They are on sale until Saturday.

I just got some at Walgreens...but didn't have a lot to choose from. But, I found about 4 colors that were good out of about 6 or 7.

I got a pack of 12 (variety of colors) for $4.99 at Walgreens. I thought it was a great deal since Staples had them for $12 at a sale price...

Packs of sharpies are cheaper, but for people who love to colour code everything (like me haha) the individual ones are great as replacements. I love the sharpie highlighters and when one colour or another runs out I replace them like that.
