What do you do with your hair at night so you donít get it caught and wake yourself up?

I sometimes risk it. Other times I do a loose braid or a low loose ponytail. I will crack out a vintage scrunchy for that.

Get it caught in what? I've had long hair for most of my life and I guess I never got it caught on anything while I was sleeping.

Oh.... maybe for really long hair? Mine isn't long enough to get tangled around me.

mine isn't currently long, but it is fairly thick and wavy. i grow it for 3-4 years and then chop it. the last time it was long, it was about at the bottom of my back. i've never done anything with it--never got tangled up in anything.

but i imagine a loose pony with a scrunchie would work. (i can't tie my hair up/back for too long or too tight--gives me headaches)

I can't sleep unless my hair is in a ponytail. I use a loose scrunchie to try to minimize any damage from keeping it up so much. You could also try a bun on top of your head.

I always wear my hair up in a "pony tail" (put in pony tail, then on last wrap of scrunchy I just pull hair half-way through). Even when it is not particularly long I can't stand the feel of hair around my neck when I am sleeping.

Yep, I've normally put it in a bun on top of my head with long bobby pins for as long as I can remember. Sometimes I braid 1 braid in the back.

I used to put my hair in a loose braid for sleeping. My hair isn't very long now so I don't braid it at night

I put mine in a loose bun on top of my head. If I leave it down it wraps around my arm and gets stuck in my arm pit

I have to pull my hair up or back at night otherwise it drives me nuts.

I do a loose bun on top of my head, the half-messy ponytail, or a single braid.

Weirdly, I can leave it down if I take a nap

I can't stand the feeling of hair on the back of my neck while I'm sleeping. So this is what I do, too.

I usually do a loose bun/top knot of some sort with my hair for sleep. I can't stand it getting in my face while I sleep.

I had hair to my waist for years, and I never did anything at night. My hair was really thick and super straight, so maybe that helped. In the 80ís I had the big hair (of course) that was between my shoulder blades, and I never did anything with it either. The Aqua Net probably locked it done, though.

Plait or ponytail.
