We are doing a five senses unit in January. For the sense of sight day what cool things could I put out on the tables for kindergarteners to look at with a magnifying glass?

Anything from nature is always good! My kids also love those bugs that are encased in acrylic.

We also used to put out a game where they would put objects on a tray, then everyone would close their eyes and one kid would take away an object and the rest would try to figure it out. Or they would get 1 minute to look at the tray, and the cover it and try to remember everything on it.

What about 3D or "Magic Eye" pictures?

For the magnifying glass table - a little dish of salt and one of sugar, so they can see how different they look up close.
