Okay Ladies...I am 5 pounds from my goal! I weighed in today and have lost 65 pounds since April 23rd! Love!

Today's work out was all about legs...yep I have two but feel like I should have at least 5..alternating lunges and walking lunges and leg extensions and calf raises egads...I am sore!

My trainer has two treads that aren't working so I tried out the bike/spinner..talk about different muscles! "It is good to change it up" says the trainer! It did feel good...afterward!

Oh my goodness!!!!!! That is wonderful!!!!! You should be singing loud and proud!!!!!!! Way to go!!!!! Those 5 pounds will be gone before you know it. You are amazing!!!!!! Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!

I had my trainer. It was fun. We ate doing this this thing where he times me doing certain exercises for 30 sections. We'll do about 6 different things in the set, then repeat the set 4 times. I like it. My triceps hurt!
