If anyone has been wanting to try yoga now is a great time. Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube just started a set of 30 free yoga classes. Today is Jan 2, but the first class is actually today. You donít have to do every day but Iím going to try. Go to her website to sign up. She just gets your email to send you inspirational emails each day. Which is a good reminder to get on YouTube and just Do It !
Thereís a calendar To download which shows each session. Looks like the first one is the longest one at 43 minutes. It started out very slow, but by the end it felt soooooo good.
She was actually on the TODAY show with Harry Smith this morning. Google it and watch.

I saw the Today Show segment. Thanks for the info. I'm thinking of giving it a try. Hoping to get a bit more flexible.

I hate yoga, but over winter break Iíve been trying to do it at night before bed because Iíve noticed myself getting tighter and tighter (especially with all the home projects). I actually had her videos bookmarked on YouTube, but have been doing an old school video I really like from like 15 years ago :P

Once school starts back up, Iím hoping to do my real workout in the morning before school, then some yoga in the evening to help with my mobility. Iíll have to check it out!

I had started doing a little in the summer with Adrienne's youtube videos until other things happened and I haven't gotten back to it. It does help with flexibility and strength. She is really good too!
