Once I start painting...

I start to see other things in the house that need a coat of paint. I painted my bathroom a week ago. And it looks great...except that now the bathroom door is looking like it could use a coat of crisp white paint to go with the white trim and woodwork. While Iím at it the baseboard heaters in the kitchen could use a coat of paint. Itís never ending. Iíve already decided Iím painting my bedroom over winter break in February.

Yessss! This is the struggle of my life! Once one room is updated, it looks so fresh and clean, and the next thing looks so dingy next to it :/

Oh yes, it's "Domino Decorating". Happens every time.

I know what you mean! When you start painting, repairing and replacing, it just snowballs! It feels so good though once its all accomplished!

This is why I focus on I room at a time. The Domino method caused me to give up. It's overwhelming.
