Today for my workout with my trainer class we worked on legs AGAIN...talk about a killer! Leg ext, sumo squats, lunges, calf raises, squats and lots of crunches! I also ran for 42 minutes! Needless to say I am exhausted!

I did my Chalean extreme- burn 1, and walked about an hour on the treadmill.

I have to say, I'm really impressed with the results I have had so far with Chalean. I guess lifting weights really does get good results. I am pretty much at my goal weight, but it seems like I have been losing inches with weight lifting. Even my skinny clothes are getting looser!

I had my trainer. He turned my arms into jello. That was my punishment for not working out at all for the week. I was extremely exhausted last week and could barely function. Not a good thing! I'm still tired, but not as much. Don't know what's going on! I'm not sick. Maybe just having a hard time getting into the swing of things again at school?
