I always say this to my TA and I hope you get this from the teachers you work with:

I could never do my job as teacher without you. Thank you for helping me in so many ways as a first year EC multiple grade teacher:
- Helping me with your expertise as you have worked with the students longer than I have
- Helping me navigate school 'stuff'
- Helping me to be organized (your strong point and one of my weak points)
- Helping me with your suggestions (I value my TA's suggestions as she is smart and has worked with teaching kids longer than I have - there are so many things they do not teach you in school)

This is so nice. Its hard to put this sort of things into words, but I think everyone just wants to be accepted and valued for what they do.
