Remember when you helped me build my candleholder with sand and shells? Next is the sea glass Christmas tree that ICrazyTeach so thoughtfully recommended. The last of the supplies just arrived. I put everything in the closet for safety. I need to work up to this.

to see some examples. They are beautiful and from your pics, I can easily picture in your home. I liked the one glued? fastened? to a piece of weathered wood. Very beachy!

That would be beautiful!
I'm hoping to make one for next year, too! But I want to collect the sea glass, which gives me even more motivation to go on beach walks.

If you guys read the directions I originally posted, youíll see she uses a paper mache cone and paints it white. Iím following her directions and will try it her way.

Yes I read the directions. Just thinking out loud.The second picture seems to show some brown color under the glass. I like the flute idea kahluablast!
