Getting ready for camping. I have a steak that I cut up into chunks and now I need a good marinade to put them in. Suggestions - please and thank you!

Italian dressing always works!

For skirt steak, I always buy a packet of Soutwestern marinade. So good, with a little kick, esp. for that kind of steak.

Do you have any Lipton dry soups? I loves these for marinades. I usually use the Garlic and Herb soup mix. Here is the recipe:

1 envelope Herb and Garlic soup mix
1/2 cup water
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Sweet Baby Ray's makes marinades in a addition to their BBQ sauce. My friend recently marinated beef cubes that she used in kabobs in their teriyaki (sp?) and they were really good.
