I have heard of the thing to get dogs to stop barking, do they make one for cats? Sammy has been screaming off and on for an hour and a half (I refuse to feed him dinner before 5:00PM- three more minutes). I am such a mean mommy!

My cat starts meowing right outside our bedroom window at 5:30 a.m.. It doesn't matter which day of the week...She will continue to meow (loudly) until I get myself out of bed and feed her. She is an outdoor cat and has never been an indoor cat. She just hangs out in our backyard with our dog.
