What a sad, but at least close weekend for our local sports teams. First, our Sharks had a winning streak 7 games, hadn't lost any. They go into a shootout and after a bit, loose the game 2-1. Now tonight, the 49ers had gone into the game, having previously won 5 Superbowls. They started off a bit poor, but came back strong. Unfortunately, time ran out before they could fully come back.

Well tomorrow my Sharks will be back and in a few months they will be winning the Stanley Cup.

How is that for positive thinking?

That is a bummer about the 49ers. I guess you don't get to the Super Bowl and then go away happy just because you made it that far. The consensus at our house (all diehard 49ers fans) was that the officials made a couple of bad calls that worked against the 49ers. And, several family members felt there was a conspiracy to make sure that Ray Lewis got a Super Bowl ring before he retired!

OH MY GOODNESS!! At least I'm not the only one!! I'm not even a 49ers fan, but I knew in the first playoff game that the Ravens would win the Super Bowl because the games were fixed for Ray Lewis!! Lol
