Haircut advice-to chop or not to chop? :)

Hi all! I'm considering getting my hair cut like the picture I attached (just the cut-not the color).

My hair is curlier that the girl in the picture, so it will be a bit softer.

Here's a pic of when my DH and I played at a wedding in Sep so you can see what my hair looks like now-

I'd love your opinions!! I keep going back and forth on whether to go for it or just keep my hair how it is. It's a fun dilemma to have, though!

I think your current hair is adorable. My concern with the shorter cut is how it would look with curly hair. Taking some weight off your hair with that cut will make your curls tighter and you might end up with it being curlier than you want.

I might have no imagination, but the only real difference I see is in the back being close cut- it seems like the front/sides would look really similar to what you have now? I really like the cut on the model (and I actually like her color, too ), but I'm not sure what it would be like with curlier hair in terms of look really different or not.

I'm of the mind that hair grows back, in general, but having chopped my hair last February and still trying to grow it out to a respectable length (lol), I grappled with the same decision (to go shorter again) and decided not to. It grows, but sometimes it takes a long time

Um, you're adorable. I like your current cut and would worry that the other cut would require extra styling somehow.

I love the cut! It is so spunky cute. Just remember...you will have to have it cut on a regular basis to keep that cute style.

Sure, why not. It's only hair, it will grow again. Life is short!

I think your current cut is adorable but if you want to try something different, go for it. it does grow back like others have said so if you realize it's not for you... well then lesson learned. It's really cute now though.

I love the color and cut of the hair you like. I also think it would fit your face well!

My beautiful daughter in law changes her hair style all the time and I always love it. While I think your current style is adorable, I say try something new just for fun. You can always change it later. You're such a cutie most styles would look great on you! I'm just glad you come back and see us from time to time. We all love to hear from you.
