Anyone with me? I donít feel like paying bills or doing dishes. The laundry can do itself right?

Ugh. I guess Iím just stressed. But I have 0 desire to do any kind of adulting. I just want to veg on the couch and eat ice cream.

But I like a roof over my head and having lights and water. So off to pay bills and eat a bowl of ice cream.

Adulting makes childhood look really good sometimes.

I have very fond memories of my high school aged daughter telling me she did NOT want to grow up and be an adult. There was too much responsibility and too many decisions to make I did mention the benefits of freedom of choice but dd did not want to listen and pouted in her room with loud music ,friends and snacks.

DH and I have decided that adulting is way better at our age because we can afford to pay people to do some of the things we donít want to do, and sometimes we donít do things just because we donít want to.

Love that term! Hindsight is 20/20 as far as ever wanting to be an adult is concerned

I've decided I want to go back and do college again. The whole experience is being wasted on my 2 DS...lol They don't realize the joy of having all meals fixed and cleaned up, bathroom cleaned, and their only real responsibility is to show up at class, most of which don't even start until 11:00 am or later!! Oh, and did I mention...someone else pays for it!!
