My friend found this in her basement, at first they thought it was a brown recluse but the exterminator said he didnít think so because it was too big. Any ideas?

I have no idea but I hope the exterminator killed all of the relatives!

Looks like a recluse to me! But, whatever it is, it's pretty hideous! Well, if it's even bigger than a usual recluse, ALL the more reason to watch out, kill it, etc.!

If I saw that thing anywhere in my house, I literally couldn't close my eyes at night without some thorough exterminating. So I guess I'd be at a hotel until the job's done.

Iím pretty sure that is a wolf spider. They are all over my yard. I have killed many in my garage and house. They can be quite large.
