If I'm being honest with you I don't think very highly of myself some days. I do what I can to get by and I do my job pretty well considering but I do feel pretty insignificant right now.

I continue to try to help myself but I do need prayers from people pretty badly tonight. If you do pray, I'm not on here to make people uncomfortable.

I am so sorry. I will pray for you tonight! I would also recommend considering seeing a therapist. I put it off for a long time, but really once you find the right fit (which may not be the first person) it really does help, though it's never a magic fix. It's no fun to feel the way you do, but keep doing what you're doing and reaching out for help and encouragement when you need it! You matter and I bet you are more significant in other people's minds that you even know.

I think we all have days where we think we knock it out of the park and other days we're hiding under the desk eating left over candy. Like PP said, do the best you can. Some days it's more than others. It evens out in the end.

Thinking of you tonight. I hope you find help and support outside of yourself. It seems like trying to help yourself isn't enough for you right now. Thinking positive thoughts and hoping you find the support you need.

Thinking of you tonight and also wishing for better tomorrows. A therapist can really help.

Try to treat yourself really special this weekend with some ďmeĒ time whether that be a mani/pedi, walking in nature, cozying up with a good book, etc.

I have been there.

I’m sorry you are going through this, and I can
recall many years ago my husband telling me to go put on my winter coat and walk outdoors for a bit after he found me tense and in tears on the couch at home. I also remember how at times I used to get up in the morning and go sit and cry in the living room before I got ready to go teach school...somehow the tears made me feel a little bit less blue for the moment.
Those times were in my 30s. I’m almost 60 now, and I have thoughts about how things are going in my life and how I wish some things or many things were different. Anyway, I pray that your heart can overcome the painful feelings you’ve been experiencing and that you’ll seek strength from the good people around you. We’re not meant to have to figure everything out all by ourselves. Take care.
