Foot Pain- HELP

Clip to ScrapBook #1

Okay so my heels have been killing me. I guess my shoes do not have thick enough heels.

They were actually hurting me this weekend when I wasn't even walking on them or in shoes. I bought some heel inserts that are gel cushions, I will put them in my shoes. It has been pretty hot so I have been wearing sandles, which I cannot put the inserts in.

But today, I went to get a pedicure and they used hot cream and massaged them. Now, both feet are like stinging! How weird is this? I hope its not some kind of fungus..... a little to soon for that right? I jeeze now I am nervous. It stings in the middle of the foot on the bottom and on the soles-not so much on the soles where they were originally aching.

What do you think it is?!?!

TIA

I've been having a lot of foot pain, too. I'm not sure about what happen when you got the pedicure but the heel pain sounds like plantar fascitis(sp??).
I have to really watch the shoes I wear. I have found that Klogs, USA (on Zappos) are great! I also have a pair of solid black Nike Free Run 2. When I wear anything else my heels hurt unbearably. I also do the exercises suggested in the previous post. It's pretty bad when you have to pick out your shoes first when choosing an outfit for the day!
