Clip to ScrapBook #1

I am starting my 9th year in teaching. I started out in the middle school and have slowly moved my way down. I have spent the last 3 years in the 4th grade and absolutely loved it. Because they are downsizing I am moving grades. I am very thankful that I still have my job. I was wondering if anyone has some very specific helpful tips that will help me be successful from the get go.

Thanks in advance for your advice.

You will love 2nd graders. They are very trainable. Remember they are still kind of needy at first but with the right training they will be good by October.
