$1.00 puzzles

Clip to ScrapBook #1

I just got home from Target. They had lots of neat puzzles for $1.00 each. I got body parts, animals, alphabet, colors, shapes, etc. The reason I really like them (besides the price...) is that they have words written on them.

Target is fast becoming my new favorite place to shop. I've been checking it out every few days and have finally found the much sought after card pockets!! I'll have to go back again tomorrow. (and here, I thought I'd have nothing to do all summer! )

I never realized Target was so good with school/teacher supplies. I always did my shopping at Wal Mart but I will have to check out Target.

More Target stuff

I love the back-to-school $1 stuff. I also got pocket charts (they smelled horrible at first--just air them out good), hard plastic caddies to put my center stuff in like pencils, scissors, crayons, hard plastic magazine holder that I'm going to use for daily folder turn-in. I've also found stickers, small hard plastic animals that I can use as manipulatives and dress-up stuff in the past.

Another good place to look at Target is the clearance section in the toy's dept.

We use alot of glue sticks in my class. Wal-mart has them for .22 for a double pack. Also, watch the ad's for Staples. I got pocket folders for .01 each! If you sign up for their Teacher's program, you can buy more than the limit.

I just LOVE school supplies, can you tell?
