Why does district restrict job shopping hours?

My two Aesop districts allow job shopping 24/7, but my one subfinder express district strictly limits us. Is it the district or the system responsible for this programming?
It is a main reason I have only worked about 20 days this year for this district.

They do not allow us to look for any jobs in advance for 16 hours a day from midnight to 4 PM. Only jobs for the current day are made available.

Advanced shopping is only allowed eight hours a day.

There is no job shopping at all on Saturday or Sunday from Midnight to 4 PM, since the current day is a weekend day.

This means at 4 PM every day, there are probably over a hundred subs looking for jobs, and if you do not click within the first five to 10 seconds, there are no jobs.

There is also no time to study the details of the job since it will be gone instantly if you hesitate.

On three occasions this year, including yesterday, I immediately clicked on a job. but cancelled a minute later when I noted it was only half a day.

Is there any logic behind these restrictions?

How do either the subs or the district benefit from this?

That seems like a completely counterproductive method for allowing subs to search for jobs. No wonder itís a dogfight every afternoon at 4:00. Ridiculous.

They also make you wait 15 seconds between searches.

I might have lost a nice easy short day next Wednesday due to this.

Just called the system and got two jobs, FOR NEXT YEAR, on Sept 19, and October 9 .

This is anti-procrastination on the teachers part.

Nothing for the last eight days of this year though.

Darn this 4 PM restriction!

There were about six jobs available for tomorrow, but there is no time to study the jobs since they are gone in seconds.
I saw a name I recognized, grabbed it, and just now noticed in was a half a day. AUGGGH!
