Did anybody watch the reboot? What did you think?

I tried. I dislike frantic/frenetic and poor grammar (“If y’all coulda saw what I saw.”), so this definitely isn’t the show for me.

I thought the host was annoying. She was way over the top, like she was trying too hard or being phony.

For a 7pm central time show- I thought the language should have been wiped of "swear" words.

I loved supermarket sweep when it was on originally and I still watch the old episodes on amazon prime. I save them for when I’m sick etc. lol.

I liked the reboot! I wished there was more/ better narration of the actual sweep.

I liked it. I thought Leslie, the host, was trying to make the contestants comfortable and feel at ease on camera. She can be loud and over the top but lovable at the same time. I will watch it again.

Supermarket Sweep Reboot—-Yay Awesome Show

I LOVED the original when I was in college

I LOVE the reboot —even more!

I was anticipating the reboot for weeks.

I watched it with my DSs & grandson last night.

We enjoyed solving the questions

Leslie Jones is great as the host -& comedian.

The contemporary themes are great

This is going to be our weekly show.

I wish it was on daily.

Supermarket Sweep originated in 1965. The show from the 90's was the second generation.

DH and I were trying to think of the name of the former host when he came upon that bit of trivia.

I will still watch the old episodes of Supermarket Sweep with David Ruprecht. I did like the new version with Leslie Jones. I don't know if I wasn't watch close enough or it is a new way of doing the actual sweep. It seemed to go too fast. I love that they can get more money by answering more questions.

Tell me the sets were fabulous. My cousin designed them or placed items, something like that.

I watched it because I saw the previews that Leslie had auditioned to be a contestant for the show and is now the host. Not something I will be watching but I didn't watch before either.

Used to love that show, but I don't at all care for the new host.
