Ack, I had a student with a nasty cough this week, now my throat is super sore. Hoping and praying that it doesnt "stick". I have a class of nonverbal, highly aggressive and self injurious kids and aides who have never worked sped before this week-I feel like it would all fall apart without me. Lets go body-kick these germ out!

I had this recently, and I gargled with warm salt water. Got rid of it pretty quickly. I hope you feel better soon.

Something is going around. DS had it last week. Several co-workers have it, too. I thought I was fighting it off pretty well, but had a couple of tough days at work and I think it's now getting the best of me. Thank goodness it's the weekend.

I came down with the same thing on Thursday night. I'm taking Cold Calm, Monolaurin, and drinking warm water with honey and lemon juice.

You wouldn't by chance happen to live by ocean? If so, the salt air is amazing, very healing! Make sure you drink lots and lots of water and since the child had a cold, start taking Musinex now! Feel better!
